I can give you right away a feedback with regards to Galenic products as I have been using them for several years by now (however shattered by lack of this product on American market - which is a pitty). I like Galenic line, for the face and for the body, as they are suitable for delicate and sensitive skin types, and application of which brings comfort to the skin, even after longer period of using the same product.
I also appreciate much the customer service you have provided; so far, I think that the customer service is considerate of the client and kept me updated on the status of my order frequently.
In regards to the website, it is user friendly and convenient.

"Hi, as requested, I am replying to your mail re: order and products. It was very satisfactory the way you handled my request, being as I have not placed an order on line for any product whatsoever. I know in this day and age that may sound a little odd, but I hate this computer world we are now in. As for the product, I love, love, love, them. First used Argane products purchased in Marocco this year, and was begining to think I would have to go back just to get my new supply, then I found you. I would, and will, recommend you to whom-ever needs to know. I only wish you had a brochure of all of the Argane products, so one can peruse them at will and see just what it is one needs, with out having to go on line. I have been using the Caudalie products now since the end of July of
this year and like the results thus far. I had purchased these
products from a shop in Sun Valley, Idaho
called PURE. I am not aware of any place in L.A. that carries this
line (though I'm sure it's out there somewhere), and I decided to
look into the internet to see if, first, I could find it, and
secondly, for a better price. Your company was the only one that I
could find with better prices; I was not able to purchase everything
through you at the time because you didn't
have all of the products that I needed. Needless to say, the other
items that I had to order were through another company at the same
costs as where I had purchased them in
Idaho.

"The parcel has just arrived (in good condition). Thank you very much for your prompt attention to my order. Feedback time: Product: I already know the A-Derma cream (My sister bought this product from a chemist in Denmark when we were there on holiday). My son has eczema and we often struggle to keep his skin soft. The chemist suggested to try this cream and it has definitely made a big difference to his face and back. With new supplies now in-house we will try it on his legs and arms as well.
Service: Your service has been excellent – it is much appreciated to be kept updated on progress of the order all along (from receipt to shipping) and it is good to know that the product is fresh.

I just want to let you know that, I got my order yesterday and I couldn't be happier with your service.
I used to order bioderma and other products from oversea France. It took forever to get here. And what I got were broken bottles, broken packages.
Disappointed with their service, I went online and found out FrenchCosmeticsForLess.
This is my first time order ( I was doing a test order to see what will happen), and very happy with all process. Products are fresh, not out-dated; Customer service is super fast (e-mail within 24 hours); package packed solid with form and recycling newspaper (excellent go GREEN!!!); all liquid bottles are double secured with tapes.
Thanks for this wonderful service...I can't wait to order more from you guys, soon ;)

"I received the package yesterday when I arrived home. Everything was carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and even the front of the cap taped so it wouldn't open accidentally. As for the Noreva products; I have sensitive skin and have tried a variety of facial cleaners. I found Nereva products while traveling in Europe and really like how well it cleans my skin without over drying or reddening.

"Hi there,
I've been meaning to email you for a while now. I've been telling quite a few of my friends about your site.
It did take about a month receive my order here in Australia, but when you consider that a) the shipping was free, b) the products are very reasonably priced and c) the products are fresh, they haven't been sitting in a warehouse waiting for orders that may only come periodically, I don't mind waiting that length of time.
The Bioderma TS Crealine H2O is fabulous. Love love love! I have switched from using Lancome at $50+ for 250ml and full of fragrance, colours and leaves an oily residue. Bioderma H2O feels like plain water, doesn't have a smell or colour or leave any residue and gets off everything without the need to rinse.
I also bought the matte finish sunscreen - and I love that it doesn't have that horrible sunscreen smell or greasy feeling. I have quite pale skin and living in Australia should be using sunscreen every day. The texture and smell has always put me off. Trust the french to think of these things and make sunscreen feel a little more indulgent that purely functional.
The texture of the Embryolisse Matifying Moisturising lotion is very similar to Clarins Multi-ActiveDay Cream-Gel (and a third of the cost). Its not so much a matte finish, rather it absorbs well and isn't sticky, where as the Lait Creme Concentre has a bit of "slip" which makes it nice for applying makeup on top of.
Are you able to put a customer review section with each product? I find it extremely helpful when purchasing on-line to have other customer's opinions as a guide. And because of this I always make sure I come back and review products I myself have purchased. I have relied a lot on Youtube reviews of these brands. You should check out the channels of pixiwoo and lisaeldridgedotcom. They may allow you to link them.

I love the Ducray Gel Foaming Acne cleanser. I have troubles with adult acne once in a while and this product helps reduce my breakouts. My son who is 14 also benefits from the cleanser.
I usually get this product from my local pharmacy, but they ran out and have taken their time in ordering a new stock. That's when I went on your website and I placed my order.
