Shipping
We maintain no inventories in the United States. We receive regular shipments from our suppliers in France with fresh products to fulfil our orders.
All orders are sent by priority mail from our office in Washington DC. Our customers can therefore expect to receive their order in about 3 weeks,
but can be assured of having the most current and freshest products available.
CREDIT CARDS ARE ONLY CHARGED WHEN THE ITEMS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED FROM WASHINGTON DC.
We do not retain any credit card information, and we do not regard any
transaction as final until the merchandise is delivered to the customer.
We always give the customer the benefit of the doubt and will refund the full
cost of any lost packages.
Packages that are returned to us by the U.S. Postal Service marked as "Unclaimed", "Return to Sender", "Attempted Unknown", or "Invalid Street Address", will be credited back to the customer's credit card on file.
FREE SHIPPING POLICY
In general all orders over $35 are delivered free of shipping to addresses in the United States.
For orders delivered outside the United States, free shipping is offered on all orders over $50. EXCEPTION: At our sole discretion
we will not be able to offer free shipping to customers who only order only our various Bioderma H2O DUO specials where
the delivery address is to anywhere other than USA and Canada - this because the combination of the weight of the
product plus the extra distance increases our shipping costs too much to be able to offer free shipping. We are still prepared to
to ship this kind of order to customer, but with a shipping cost added to take account of our higher shipping cost - usually $15.
Any wrong addresses given to us will result in additional shipping charges as levied by the delivery company.
Returns:
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
All returns must be made within 25 days of purchase and must include the original
receipt/packing slip and in the original packaging with any free gifts or promotions
included.
The sender is responsible for all shipping charges.
Unopened merchandise with all original packaging may be exchanged or returned
for a full refund to your credit card.
Opened product will receive a CosmeticsNet merchandise credit or may
be exchanged for another product.
No returns, exchanges, or store credits are accepted on cosmetics, skin care,
fragrances or sale-priced items. All sales are final.
Product damaged in shipping will be exchanged immediately or a full refund will be issued as soon as the damaged product is received back at FrenchCosmeticsForLess.com. .
Gifts returned will receive a FrenchCosmeticsForLess.com merchandise credit or may be exchanged for other merchandise. Refunds
will only be issued to the original purchaser with receipt and in original packaging.
All credit card refunds will be issued to the original card used to make the
purchase.
DELIVERY TIME IS EXPECTED TO BE ABOUT 3 WEEKS AFTER ORDER IS PLACED.
